Since 1985, Comfort
Telecommunications Inc has been providing telephone headsets to
customers '
all around the globe. We are one of the largest suppliers of new and
reconditioned telephone headsets.
Seeing daily, the strengths
and weakness of all headsets on the market is what led us to
manufacture our own brand of telephone headsets.
In 1996 we introduced our
Comfort Aries series of telephone headsets, which were a huge
success. Call Center Magazine and Call Center Solutions Magazine
both choose the Aries series as "Products of the Year".
After the success of the
Aries series, we continued to advance and strive in manufacturing.
In 2002, Comfort Telecommunications Inc was given the exclusive
appointment to manufacture all the headsets and telephony products
by Smith Corona. By far, the Smith Corona, line of headsets,
along with its signature 3-year warranty on most products, has
proved to be superior to all headset products.
To provide the best
services for all users we also offer new headset equipment by
manufacturers such as Plantronics, GN Netcom/Jabra, Polycom, ClearOne and
more.
We offer reconditioned
headsets by manufacturers such as Smith Corona, Comfort Aries,
Plantronics, GN Netcom, ACS, and Unex with a warranty to back our
excellent refurbishing services.
Our headset repair facility
produces thousands of repairs annually and we are proud to say that
we have the lowest cost on headset repairs and provide the longest
warranty in the country.
