For "NEW" Plantronics, Jabra/GN Netcom and Polycom products we will provide you support for the first 30 days depending on the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refer you directly to the manufacture who will also provide you top quality support for their products.

Using this chart will help you determine whether your phone needs an amplifier or a direct connect cord.
