We provide LIFETIME support for any Smith Corona telephony products that you purchase from us. For "NEW" Plantronics, Jabra/GN Netcom and Polycom products we will provide you support for the first 30 days depending on the issue.  If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refer you directly to the manufacture who will also provide you top quality support for their products.  

Compatibility - We have created a compatibility chart to help you choose the proper Smith Corona headset for your phone or computer set up. Using this chart will help you determine whether your phone needs an amplifier or a direct connect cord. If your phone is NOT in the compatibility chart, please email or call us at j800-399-3224 with your phone manufacturer and model number and we'll be happy to send you the proper compatible equipment.
